2. Information We Collect
We collect personal information solely when you voluntarily provide it through our contact form. The information collected includes:
- Name
- Email address
- Message content
We do not collect personal data for marketing purposes or user profiling.
3. How We Use Your Information
The information you provide is used strictly to:
- Respond to your inquiries or messages.
- Communicate with you regarding your submission.
4. Third-Party Services & Hosting
- Hosting (Vercel): Our website is hosted on Vercel. Vercel may collect anonymous technical data (e.g., IP addresses, system logs) for performance and security purposes. This is standard for web hosting and necessary for the site's operation. See Vercel’s Privacy Policy.
- Spam Protection (Google reCAPTCHA): We use Google reCAPTCHA v2 to protect our contact form from spam and abuse. This service checks if you are a human and may analyze traffic patterns or set necessary cookies/local storage to perform this security check. By using the contact form, you acknowledge and consent to this security verification. See Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
- Email Services (Papaki): Emails sent via our contact form are routed through standard SMTP servers managed via our domain provider (Papaki.gr).
5. Cookies
We generally do not use cookies for tracking or analytics. The only exceptions are:
- Security Cookies: Google reCAPTCHA may set cookies (`_GRECAPTCHA`) which are strictly necessary for the security of the website. These do not require opt-in consent under GDPR as they protect the service (Legal Basis: Legitimate Interest).
6. Data Retention
We retain your contact form data (name, email, message) in our email archives only for as long as necessary to facilitate our communication. We do not build databases of user emails for newsletters unless explicitly requested.
7. Your Rights
Under applicable data protection laws (such as GDPR), you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data that we hold in our email records. To exercise these rights, please contact us.
